With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Marly began her career in 2005 in reception before progressing through the ranks to Senior Property Manager. With a background in Marketing and more than 15 years managing city portfolios, she genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with renters, rental providers, suppliers, and colleagues, and thrives on the variety and fast pace of the industry. With a South American background, she values connecting with people from all walks of life and takes pride in creating positive experiences through open communication, trust, and practical solutions.
Outside of work, Marly enjoys social dancing, discovering new music, and travelling, and runs a small candle, tarot, and Reiki business that provides a creative and mindful balance to her real estate career. She has a particular passion for project managing maintenance and renovation works, and considers one of the most rewarding parts of her role to be the opportunity to step inside remarkable, architecturally designed homes—an experience that continues to fuel her love for the industry.
